I’m Blair Nicole—a former therapist, PhD candidate in psychology, and (very much) a former overachiever who used to feel deeply guilty for slowing down.
I’ve spent over 7 years—and more than $100,000—on therapy, training, and research trying to understand why rest felt impossible, even when I was burnt out. Why I couldn’t sit still. Why I would constantly overthink. Why I felt like I had to earn every moment of peace.
