Hi, I'm Blair Nicole, and I know this struggle firsthand.
For years, I was trapped in the same painful cycles—trying harder in relationships that never felt quite right, and trying to drown out negative emotions with alcohol, people-pleasing and success.
I thought if I just achieved more, found the right person, and silenced my negative thoughts—I’d finally feel good enough. I accomplished some pretty impressive stuff, but no matter how much I did, it was never enough. I still felt insecure, anxious, and pissed off that my attempts weren’t working.
Finally, after a major crisis in my life and marriage, I did what any overachiever would do—I threw myself into fixing it.
I spent over seven years and $100k trying every therapy and healing solution available—EMDR, DBT, IFS, EFT, Kundalini yoga, 12-step groups. I even went back to school, got my Master’s in Clinical Psychology, and became a trauma therapist myself.
And here’s what I learned: There was never anything wrong with me. My feelings and behaviors totally made sense based on what I had experienced in my life. I didn’t need to be fixed. And, I didn’t need to shame myself for feeling insecure.
I needed to work with the feelings that were plaguing me, instead of trying to silence them. I needed to learn how to become the secure person I had always needed.
Once I did, everything changed…

You can go at a pace that feels comfortable to you! It was designed to be flexible and fit in all schedules.
