I’m Blair Nicole—a former therapist, PhD candidate in psychology, and overachiever who spent years feeling insecure in myself and in relationships. 

No matter how much I accomplished, I never felt good enough. I chased unavailable people, felt anxious in relationships, and held myself to impossible standards. I was trying to prove to people that I was worthy…but it never changed how I felt about myself.  

I’ve spent over 7 years—and more than $100,000—on therapy, training, and research trying to understand why I kept doing this, even when I knew better.

Here’s what I eventually realized: I was never broken or lacking insight.  I was just stuck in a nervous system loop I didn’t know how to get out of. 

Everything began to shift when I stopped trying so hard to fix myself, and tried a softer approach instead. As my nervous system changed, so did everything else — my relationships, my confidence, and the way I felt about myself. 

Now, I help other women build the love and safety they’ve been seeking by using self-compassion and neuroscience to rewire the brain and nervous system for lasting change.
