But, no matter how much I accomplished, I never felt good enough.
Underneath the success was exhaustion, resentment, and deep insecurity. I kept ending up in the same unfulfilling relationships and cycles over and over again. I thought if I could just fix myself—or be better, do more, look perfect—I’d finally feel good enough.
I spent the next seven years doing the deep work—healing from complex trauma, and becoming a trauma therapist myself. But the biggest breakthrough came when I stopped trying to fix myself—and started practicing self-compassion.
That changed everything.
My work blends science-backed tools with lived experience to help women stop the cycle of overgiving, self-sabotage, insecurity, and feeling “not enough”—so they can finally build the kind of love, peace, and self-acceptance they’ve been craving all along.
