Who Am I?

 

I know what it feels like to strive endlessly for perfection while quietly feeling like it’s never enough. I’ve been there.

 

My name is Blair Nicole, and I’m former trauma therapist & CEO, and a PhD candidate in Psychology. Most importantly, I’m someone who has learned how to stop holding myself to impossible standards, and love myself just as I am.
