Relieve pressure

No more proving yourself. Finally allow yourself to take a break—and actually enjoy it.

Feel Good Enough

Feel good enough exactly as you are—even when you're not doing it all perfectly.

I thought I was doing everything right...

I’m Blair Nicole—a former perfectionist and overachiever, turned self-compassion coach and PhD candidate. By 20, I had a degree, a house, and a packed schedule filled with work, school, volunteering, and taking care of everyone else. I even went back to work four days after giving birth.

But no matter how much I achieved, it was never enough.

After hitting a breaking point in my marriage, I realized: No amount of doing was going to make me feel worthy.

So I threw myself into healing—therapy, EMDR, DBT, IFS, even training to become a therapist myself.

What I learned changed everything—and that’s what I want to share with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Each training and meditation take just 10-15 minutes total, and you can listen anytime. This challenge is designed to fit into your life—without adding more to your plate.

This challenge won’t erase perfectionism overnight (nothing will), but it will give you the tools to understand why you feel this way and how to start shifting it—without guilt, shame, or burnout. This is the first step toward real change.

Not at all! Whether you’re brand new to mindfulness or have tried every personal development tool out there, this challenge is designed to meet you where you are and guide you forward—no prior experience needed.

No, this is not therapy or a replacement for mental health treatment. It’s a guided personal growth experience designed to help you understand yourself better and start creating change from the inside out.

This challenge is for you if you’re ready to explore your perfectionism with curiosity and take the first step toward real change.

However, it’s not for you if you’re looking for a quick fix, or if you’re currently experiencing suicidal ideation, active addiction, or a life-threatening crisis—please seek support from a licensed mental health professional if that’s the case.

No, I don’t guarantee results—because transformation is in your hands. I can provide the tools, guidance, and support, but you have to do the work. If you show up consistently and apply what you learn, change is absolutely possible. I’m proof of that 🙂

You don’t need to be perfect to feel good enough

I know what it’s like to chase impossible standards, to feel like no matter how much you do, it’s never enough.

As a PhD candidate in psychology, former trauma therapist, and someone who’s lived this struggle firsthand, I’ve spent years studying what actually works—not just in theory, but in real life.
