woman meditating in field: perfectionism to Peace online training course

You’re the one everyone counts on—the one who has it together. On the outside, you look successful, driven, and capable.

But on the inside? You second-guess yourself, and you never feel good enough. You keep pushing, but instead of feeling accomplished, you just feel tired.

I thought I was doing everything right...

My name is Blair Nicole, and I’m a former perfectionist and overachiever.

At 18, I owned a house. By 20, I had a bachelor’s degree. I worked full-time, went to school full-time, volunteered for 3 non-profits, cooked, cleaned, and made sure everyone around me had what they needed—while barely holding myself together.

I woke up before 6 a.m., got home after 11 p.m., and still pushed myself to do more. I skipped vacations (who the hell turns down a free trip to Bora Bora!?), and went back to work just four days after my son was born—but no matter how much I accomplished, it was never enough.

It wasn’t until a breaking point in my marriage that I finally had to face the truth: No achievement was ever going to make me feel good enough.

So, I did what any overachiever would do—I threw myself into fixing it.

I went to therapy. Did EMDR, DBT, IFS, Kundalini yoga, 12-step groups—you name it. I even went back to school to become a therapist myself because I needed to understand why I felt this way.

What I learned changed everything:

This challenge is for you if you’re ready to explore your perfectionism with curiosity and take the first step toward real change.

However, it’s not for you if you’re looking for a quick fix, unwilling to engage in self-reflection, or currently in a life-threatening crisis—please seek support from a licensed mental health professional if that’s the case.

No, I don’t guarantee results—because transformation is in your hands. I can provide the tools, guidance, and support, but you have to do the work. If you show up consistently and apply what you learn, change is absolutely possible. I’m proof of that 🙂

Will You Join Me?

I know what it’s like to chase impossible standards, to feel like no matter how much you do, it’s never enough.

As a PhD candidate in psychology, former trauma therapist, and someone who’s lived this struggle firsthand, I’ve spent years studying what actually works—not just in theory, but in real life.
